At Bayside Academy, we believe the future of education isn’t standardized. It’s personal.

As an educator, therapist, and researcher, I’ve spent years studying how children learn. But it wasn’t until I stepped outside of the traditional system that I truly understood how transformative personalized learning can be—especially for high-matrix students.

These are learners who think differently, feel deeply, and often don’t fit into the neat boxes of grade levels or pacing guides. They need flexibility, challenge, connection, and meaning in their learning—not just worksheets and seat time.

And so we built Bayside Academy to do just that.

Here, students co-create their learning paths. They engage in real projects, ask hard questions, take risks, and discover joy in the process. Our team doesn’t just teach curriculum—we nurture curiosity, independence, and emotional growth.

This work isn’t always easy. But it’s necessary.

Because when students are seen, heard, and challenged at the right level, they thrive—not just academically, but as people.

That’s the future we believe in. And we’re building it every day—one relationship, one breakthrough, one learner at a time.
